The Bay Area Meat CSA is a network of Bay Area residents who cooperate to buy meat directly from local ranchers. It's the most cost-effective way to buy good, healthy, local meat and it's an opportunity to connect with the ranchers and processors whose work feeds us.

NOTE: This website is a work in progress. As we write and refine the tutorials that will appear in the "Buy Meat" and "Toolbox" sections, we encourage you to use the forum and to search through groups for organizers with a little know-how who are already purchasing animals.
