I'm intrested in standard cuts of anything that once moved. Pork, lamb, beef, goat, turkey and especially chicken. I'd just read about MCSA in 'East Bay Edibles' and am still trying to figure out how it works. Any advise or tips would be appreciated, like how do I actual get some meat?

If people are interested in buying lamb, Mel Thompson formed a group called Lamb Eaters Connection: http://www.lambeatersconnection.com/ I have purchased 1/2 lamb from him in the past and it was wonderful!

I would be interested in a bit of just about anything, but especially beef or pork. I have a small deep freezer, so I would be interested in buying more than a little bit. Thanks!

I may be interested in buying some beef or lamb. Steaks, stew, roasts or ground. But no tongue, hock, jowl, liver, kidneys, etc. I'm single and have a regular-sized fridge, so I don't want a huge amount.

Sure. :-)

We already have a source of beef, but we'd be up for pretty much anything other than that (especially pork or poultry). Let's see if we can get a few more into this group otherwise perhaps we can find something smaller we can all go in on.

Hi! I'd be interested in buying a bit of a beast, if we can work it out. It's just me and my son, and we don't have a very big freezer, so I probably wouldn't want a very large amount of meat at one time, but if we can get a lot of people together, it seems like it could work well. Thanks for setting this group up :)

Hi Everyone! We started this to just see how many there are in our area here. If anyone has any particular buys they are interested in making, feel free to post it up. But for now, tell your friends and anyone you might know in our area who would be interested to sign up for the group!
