Stemple Creek Ranch has 1/4 of a cow ready for pick up. I can go get it, but I'll need a few others to share it with me. If I remember right, dividing 1/4 cow into four shares gives each share about 60 - 100 pounds of meat.
Is anyone interested in more beef? I usually order it through Stemple Ranch, but need three others to split a quarter cow.

They deliver - you just have to meet the driver somewhere near 680. I doubt there's any left, but it doesn't hurt to check.
Hi Greg, I'm not sure about Heritage turkeys, but the closest thing I've found to local, organic raised is a Diestal turkey which they sell at Whole Foods. Good luck!
