I'm afraid I need to do it in the morning. It's just to the butcher's anyway. I won't be going to the ranch.

All: Let's aim for a pickup at my house at 3:00. The total cost per person will $138.80. That includes $100 for the meat, and $38.80 each for the butcher charge.

Sally, you've already paid your $100. I didn't forget!

Stemple Creek Beef People (Sally and Oliver): our meat is ready! If I pick it up tomorrow, will all of you be able to come get it at my house? Sally - can you go tomorrow?

Any idea what kinds of cuts we can expect? Also is this meat only or do they include some offal? Tail? Just curious.

Looking forward to some good beef!

For those in the "Beef Group" with an order from Stemple Creek Ranch: our beef was harvested on Oct. 27. The butcher says the meat has to age for 2 - 3 weeks. He'll be calling when it's ready.

In this group, I think it's Sally, Oliver, and me, plus one person not in this CSA. Do I have that right?
