I am also willing to go for about ten pounds worth of the lamb. Sounds like we need to cover another 15-20 pounds to make it work.

Just to piggyback on Tamar's comment: I would buy 10 pounds, if anybody wants to buy the 25-30 pounds left.

I've been traveling for ages--still am--but just got an email from Mark Pasternak about grassfed lambs for $2.50/lb. hanging weight (which will end up being about $5/lb. all said and done) plus $20 slaughter fee per animal. I would love to get 5 lbs. of odd and end bit, but I need folks to buy the other 40-45 lbs. or so. It's a great deal. Is anyone or two people interested, and willing to let me buy a small amount off them--I can help figure out which parts!

I'd like some help in getting started. I am not quite sure how to find others. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

I'm writing to get the ball rolllling. I'm good on meat right now, but does anyone out there need help getting started?
