I made the most flavorful corned beef from our Water Buffalo Rump Roast. I suspect a Chuck Roast would work as well. The recipe is from Good Eats ( Food Network) and soaks for 10 days in your fridge. The only change I made to the recipe is to add 1/8 cup of vinegar.
