So the pig will come to $6.50/lb. If anyone wants out due to price, thats fine. Julia, that's about the only way you can get in on this one, sorry. The pig was waaaay smaller than I had hoped for. (this drove up the price a bit, as the kill fee drove increased the price per pound by so few pounds, therefore more cost per pound)
Brooke and Wendy, let me know, in or out, and if in, I'll use your lists and pack up however many lbs (up to 15) you wish.

Is it too late to purchase? If not, which cuts are available?

Thanks Laurie and Brooke. My preference would be:
Chops
1 leg roast
bacon
butt roast (could go either way on that, but happy to have if no one else wants)
ground pork

Thanks for driving Laurie.

with that list, my preferences in order would be
center cut chops
loin chops (if the package can be divided, I wouldn't want to take the one pkg if anyone else wanted them)
bacon
ground pork

ok, we have
1. center cut chops, five packages of varrious weights, four to five chops per package.
2. two leg roasts
3. sare ribs, one package
4. one package neckbones
5. ground pork, nine packages, between one and two pounds
6. bacon, three packages
7. loin chops, one package
8. boston butt roast, one
that's it

I'm sure the cuts would be the same, however the lbs will be less. We have 48lbs 3oz of meat back from the butcher.

Laurie,
This is what you posted on July 7, if it is still right --

last time we chose cuts by taking turns chosing from the pile, so to speak. For half a hog, this is what we would have:
13 lbs chops
1 shoulder roast (large, can be divided)
1 ham (large can be divided or ham slices done)
3 lb spare ribs
9 lbs ground pork
8 lbs bacon
These are approximations from Clark Summit Farm
