1. Are there any animals available? For when?
2. What is average weight and per/lb. price of the animals. (Remember that the yield is nearly half of the carcass weight.)
3. Where are the animals killed and processed? (See the Processors page for details.) 
4. Who can you give cut/butchery instructions to? 
5. Where would you pick it up
6. How does payment work?
7. When do they need an order by? 
*Note: Direct-sales is a new market for many ranchers. They might be as unfamiliar with this as you are.)
