(just haven't found good pig out here.) couldn't find your menu on the mission street food site -- did i miss it somehow? i'd love to know your sides. are you doing a pig picking or chopping? what about sauces? i usually offer up a mustard based sauce (if sauce you must) and a lexington-style ketchup/vinegar sauce.
