Tamar just emailed me and said that it is very possible that we won't be able to get 130lbs from the pig. Since you guys were the last on the list, I wanted to warn you that there might not be enough meat for you to get a share. I'm hoping there's enough, though.
ok--I'm hoping to catch Brock tonight and see how much pig he really has. This whole hanging/dressed/cuts thing is kind of confusing to me. Right now, I'm working on the assumption that people want 10lbs of actual meat for a share and I think Brock thinks more in terms of pig weight as opposed to usable meat weight. I mean, while there is a lot of flesh on a head, I don't think anybody is going to take a 20lb head as their share! Ok, just babbling now.
