I wanted to let you know I loved your blog and also if anything else comes up, please let me know. I'm an avid foodie and enjoy cooking on a regular basis. I'm a fan of offal, uncommon poultry such as goose and other fowl and of course excellent beef, veal, pork and lamb.
David, Winddancer Ranch has a 1/2 hog available on the Home page and you should be able to give them more specific instructions. (I will add that buying a small hog (70lbs) is very expensive per pound, b/c there is a lot of loss to bones.)
