Hi David,

I wanted to let you know I loved your blog and also if anything else comes up, please let me know. I'm an avid foodie and enjoy cooking on a regular basis. I'm a fan of offal, uncommon poultry such as goose and other fowl and of course excellent beef, veal, pork and lamb.

Probably! You should just post and ask. But it helps to have a few details (what farm, how much each person would pay, how many people you're looking for) to get people to bite.

David, Winddancer Ranch has a 1/2 hog available on the Home page and you should be able to give them more specific instructions. (I will add that buying a small hog (70lbs) is very expensive per pound, b/c there is a lot of loss to bones.)
