This is Bing. The way it works is that I put in an order with Ryan at Prather Ranch for a cow. When a cow becomes available (this is the tricky part b/c there is a waiting list), he lets me know when he can deliver it to my house (usually a Friday or Saturday). I let people know the date, address, my phone number on the discussion. If I'm really with it, I might have people fill out a google survey. You show up on that day with a check, pay for your share and pick up a bag of beef. The discussion gives details about what a typical share is like (10lbs ground, 5-6 lbs braise, 4lbs of various steaks).
